I had my 499 re curved when I built my COPO, but I dont like the way it runs..soggy bottom end and idle. I am going to have both the carb and dist re-done..I good on the carb end, Phil from custom rebuilt carbs is only 10 minutes from my door..the dist was done by a well know east coast camaro shop 3 years ago..wante to have it checked over..suggestions?? thanks

Verne knows a local chevy guy near us here in Jersey that has a vintage distributor machine. He was the one that tuned up my T/A's distributor and did a great job. I will PM Verne to PM you.

We're just a regular bunch of PMS'ers.
Hey, wait a minute - that didn't quite sound right.

Good luck on the tune up. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
