Anyone going?
if you are, where is the best place to stay? I need to book the trip this week.
Any info will be helpful.

I went 2 years ago and just stayed at a hotel at the airport. I think it would be a lot better to be near the action.

Keep a close eye on your ride!! There are quite a few car thefts up there during that time..

Try some of the cities off of Woodward.. Some good city choices would be Troy, Birmingham, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills...PM me if you want some advice on where NOT to stay.
