On my 68 I have been fitting all the trim before taking it back apart, My question is the car was stripped of all its emblems exept for 4-2-7 on the hood. Im kinda thinking of putting the Camaro emblems back on, what do you think http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

I would lean toward adding the script trim, but It might be undoing some ones nice work on the SHAVE,,,
If you are headed in the direction of a show mod'd car leave them off.
I really like the hood, What brand is it if you know?

If you going for a "day 2" look I would add the emblems back, including the 427 on the hood.

There is going to be no mod if meaning "resto mod" The car is staying with the Bias ply tires on it and the 800-850 slicks on rear, The car was someones old race car or hot rod, It does have a couple lions drag strip class wins in the passenger quarter glass and a original NHRA as well, I have no intensions of changing things like that, I just thought the car might be a red overkill without the script emblems. As far as the hood not sure who made it, it came on the car it is a stinger glass on stock steel frame, It does have the factory Corvette bezel and emblems on it.
Put the emblems on http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif
