Space Saver Spare

I have a space saver spare tire that I got with a car. The wheel has a CK code by the valve stem and the tire is a BF Goodrich. Anybody have any idea what the correct application is for? Thanks in advance.

I made a mistake in my previous post. It is not a CK code, but rather a KC code. Any help?
