I have signed a contract to take my entire collection to auction in the Fall. I'm offering my 1968 Firebird 400 4-Speed for sale here as I don't think it will be appreciated at the auction. It's an all original California Firebird. See the attached link:

Love the Ponchos Ed! My first car was a '68 Firebird 350, 4-speed. Any interior or engine shots to bring back old memories? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Abe:

If you scroll through the attached link, there are some pictures of the interior and engine compartment on the third or fourth page. I like this one too! It won't bother me if it stays home. Ed http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Wait a minute Ed, weren't we recently talking about you joining us with one of your prime original Pontiacs?

Bob:

It was nice to meet you at the Bloomington Survivor Show and I appreciate your offer to display my 67 GTO Convertible at the MCACN but I announced at the show when Keith Martin interviewed me, that the car was being sold this Fall at Auction. Ed

Thanks guys! It's a really neat little piece and runs and drives great. I can't believe how many questions and calls that I've gotten on the car already. Firebirds seem to be picking up interest these days. I think they realize they can get a lot more car for the money than with a Camaro (price wise). Can you imagine what that car would be worth if it was a 68 Z/28 with all of the paperwork?

Everybody in the ebay world seems to dig it which surprises me quite a bit. There's 60 people with it on their watch lists. Thanks again for the comments, Ed

Sam:

Thanks for the kind words. I try to show them the way they really are. The Firebird just made the Top 20 Most Watched in Ebay Motors (see the link) but, I've got a feeling she'll just stay home with me. It's fun to talk to all of the people interested in old Ponchos, Ed
