What is the trick to serpentine belts, feel like a pig looking at a wristwatch when I look at the belt. Must be a simple way to do it, can anyone enlighten me. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif I hate messing with newer vehicles.

Need to release tension on spring loaded idler pulley (tensioner) then pull off the belt. Check tensioner as it is common for the spring to break over time.

There is usually a square hole to fit a 1/2" drive breaker bar to take the tension off the belt for removal/installation.
