Opinions on who made this?

Opinions on maker??? The bar has the shape of a Lakewood but the feet are solid and not interchangeable plus it looks as if it was dipped in a foam coating because there are no seams. It even has a mounting stud for the harness behind the seat area that the foam is molded around. This was in a 1969 Z-28 ex-race car that is being put back to stock and now Im going to install it in my car. Mark
