I`m sorry... any new Camaro just does not compare to This! I`m not talking about comfort and mpg.

Awesome car!

Good luck with the sale. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

This Old Warrior COPO deserves to be on the track running the likes of the Fred Gibb Camaro, Red Alert and that other Orange car from Elgin. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Just in passing, much of the sheetmatal is very light as it was acid dipped at some point in it's life.
It's one of the coolest pieces that ever rolled through our shop. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Wow...what a time capsule!

Vitar built the trans for our '67 Buick funny car, must have been right down the street from my dad's shop Brooklyn Speed & Machine.
Jack Merkel is another blast from the past...

I used to make the trip to the Spring Nationals in Columbus every year and one of the first things on my list to see was this Camaro. Lyn Lapierre would let me show my friends with me all under, over, and around the car.Vary nice guy to talk to. We had no idea it was a COPO. Good luck with the sale!
