Hi Guys,

I had some ALCS Yankee tickets fall thru on me last minute but I'd still like to go to Game 6 Saturday night at the Stadium.

If anyone has tickets or knows of a pair they're willing to let go, I'm looking for two seats, pretty much any where in the venue.

Thanks,
Dan

Marc, how cool was last night. A baseball fan's dream game (even for the losing team). Last night was just one awesome ball game. Yanks score 6, then give up three the inning after and cannot capitalize with bases loaded in the top of the ninth. Man do I love October!

I'll top this off. Still looking.

The Yankees should win every year with that payroll. Are they that good or is management that bad!

I just saw this post and I am still kicking myself for turning down tickets to game 5 because my wife thought our daughter would not get her homework done if we went.

Mark, I went to the game on tues(painful) and thurs(exhausting) I am still hoarse from that one. I'm glad they got an extra day of rest today. I think we can hit Petit, but if it goes to a seventh monday Sabathia has been unconcious(And I really want to see those homers in the both on Fox twist a little.. I swear McCarver started to cry when Kendry knocked in the go ahead run http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Jim,

You would be so surprised in ticket prices at the stadium. No one can afford season ticket prices. My Uncle's season tickets increased about 40% in price. He's been a holder with a bunch of colleagues for 10+ years. But the deals are out there. I was at the stadium on 9/11/09 and saw Jeter break the all time hits record. I paid $42 a seat in section 209 which retails at $75 each. I bought the seats on ebay but for regular season tickets, I thought the prices were in line with the old stadium.

Ouch. I know it was dream to have our two southern California baseball teams play each other in the World series but I was happy they got as far as they did. We do not have any local pro football teams to root for so this helped extend my season.

Seeing how the Angels beat my SF Giants in the World Series a few years ago, I was happy that they lost http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif I did not catch any of the home games for the Angels, did they break out that dam rally monkey? Man, I hated that thing http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif Hate the Yanks too http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Yanks have NO shot against the Fightin's! I have never seen a BB team like this years Phils absolutely kill teams with their hitting. Could have a college pitcher on the mound for the Phillies and the hitters will get the job done. We visited Anaheim Stadium a few years ago. That is a great ball park. Very clean! Mike Sciosia is a Norristown Pa. guy like Tommy Lasorda. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Hey you guys should cut us slack since we swept the hated one's!
The better team won, but like Mr Blomberg pointed out they should have with that fantasy league lineup.
Angels did pretty darn good against an all star team, especially overcoming their tragic loss early on.

Yes, The Angels are a good team for the last few years. The owner they now have seems to be on the right track. I loved Southern Cal when we were there. Always nice weather. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif

LOL....We got Holly down in the dugout for one game during spring training out here...and she was supposed to meet her favorite player at that time...Adam Kennedy....

She got right in front of him and stood there with her mouth open...and didn't say a word....

Too funny! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
