Interesting. Same set up, same gauges, same order as the Roofs used in their Deuce...

i usually list here first to give the members an opportunity to purchase parts if they are needed http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
it might be about time to list a few goodies on the bay and thin the parts stash a bit http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Alan or anybody else who knows,

Is it possible to get the temp gauge working again since it is not attached to the sending unit (with this type of set up)?

Thanks,
Sam

the new series green line 2 5/8 gauges have a sender available, now i see that new series 2 1/8 gauges are also being made the senders should be adaptable to the old series gauges i would hope. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

It can be done. I had one repaired earlier this year. It is not an inexpensive repair. Let me know if you are interested and I will try to dig out the contact info.

Bill - yes I am intrested. I have entire setup for my temp gauge, but the line and the sending unit are separated. Thanks Bill.

Sam, I PM'd the contact info to you. The only way to get in touch with him is by phone and I don't want to post his number. He is hard to get a hold of and it takes a long time for the repair but the work he did for me is very nice and he saved a nice set of gauges for me. I could not find anyone else to repair a temp gauge with a cut line.
