Can anyone help identify this wiper motor? Part # 1698858, Date 205 9 5A. What is the application and what is the date?

Not sure of the application Matthew, but the date is July 24, 1969

I am 99.9% sure this wiper motor is for a 69 camaro. The odd thing is that it has no washer fluid pump or any way to attach a wiper motor pump. It looks like factory washer pump delete wiper motor. Has anyone any knowledge of these?
