I have three steel wheels off a 68 Malibu with disc. brakes, and I can't seem to find the wheel code on the rim.
There is what appears to be an upside down A to the left of the valve stem on all three, but I see nothing else. The wheel are black and have never been touched. I need one or two more of these rims, but with out a "code" I am lost on what to ask for. Thanks! Randy http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Randy, they are possibly JK coded wheels. The code is on the inside and you can't see it with the tire mounted. They should have a 6()A3 around the valve stem and two little "bumps" right above the valve stem.

If your not worried about correctly coded wheels, all you need to know is size and back space/ offset, I'm gonna say you need a 14x6 or 14x5 wheel if it's a base Malibu, the backspace I'm not sure of for that year.
To get the backspace, lay your wheel face down on a flat surface, put a straight edge across the wheel and measure down to the center hub, that'll give you your backspace.
Then you can just look for 14 x6 with a
- backspace.
