Too many irons in the fire and Id like to free up some cash. This is the First Time this car has been offered for public sale and this is the only place I have the car advertised and its PRICED TO SELL. Ive spoken to a few knowledgeable guys about this car and they all seem to think the value should be around 100k to 125k.

Edmond Richardson's 2 Time World Champion 1969 Camaro Convertible (REAL INDY PACE CAR), the started life as a real Z11 4 Speed Pacer and still has it's original trim tag on the car.

This is one of the most winning Camaro's in NHRA history if not the winningest Camaro. Edmond and his brother Scott both drove this car to World Titles in Stock class. It has won countless events and has been sponsored by some of the Biggest Names in the Racing World (COMP CAMS, BORG WARNER ETC). I have 12 issues of National Dragster Magazine with the car in it and Im sure there are more out there.

Edmond is ranked 37th out 50 among the all time most notable Drag Racers all time which was conducted back in the early 2000's and his brother Scott is also in the Top 50. If that poll was taken again to Im sure he would move up the ranks considerablely being he just won his 3rd World Championship this year. He is among the most winningest drivers in NHRA History.

Car is very solid and clean, still wearing its paint from the last time is was raced in the Borg Warner colors. Car runs and drives good and is RACE READY if the new owner wants to race it.

Car currently runs the as raced SBC/Auto, Orange interior has been changed to black and the front RS grill was changed out to a standard grill which was lighter.

Cars like this rarely come up forsale and are only going to continue to rise in value IMO. The car has alot going for it, Incredible race history 2 Time World Champion, Had some big sponsors backing the car, Raced by a winning Driver, and to Top it off its a REAL PACE CAR.

I'd love to keep this car in the SYC Family and would entertain fairly priced trades (so Im able to cash out on your car easily) to help make that happen.

Car sounds incredible and is extremely well built as you would expect for a car like this.

PRICED TO SELL!! FIRST $65,000

Going into the magazines next month.. I cant believe I still own this car. Its a give away at this price and when the market turns around alot of guys are going to wish they would have jumped on it.

Car is very well built and ready to rock and roll.

It is a neat drag car but I am not sure how easy to put this "back" would be. Do you have all the Z11 stuff somewhere? the orange interior and the RS front end do not appear in the pics I can see. Were they saved?

I dont think this is a car that should be restored or put back to orginal, its winning history is its selling point IMO, I dont think there is another race car out there that has the number of wins this car has.. The fact it was a real Indy Pace car to start with it just an added bonus.

To build a proven winning car like this one would cost way way more than what I want its all sorted out and ready to go.. and with a set of mufflers you could drive this car on the street if you wanted.

I would not be buying this car to return it back to a pace car. This car has a neat racing history and is set up to race... There are plenty of pace cars for far less money that have their original components available. I would enjoy it as...
