Wow, that is very impressive! Certainly not a deal breaker, but I think a Chevrolet bow tie would have looked better on the air intake thingamajig than the Cadillac crest http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

If this part is true..........."Before a complete nut & bolt frame off restoration this SuperSport was a 21,000 mile all original, never hit, time capsule"....then,IMO they ruined that car.

I wonder how well it stops. Are those drums on the rear?

I bet that is a 6.0 liter out of an Escalade. I wouid think if it was a Z06 engine they would have left the Corvette covers on. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Gret looking resto mod. However if I were going to take the liberties allowed with a resto mod, I would put disc brakes on it, and a factory console shifter with the auto trans, and A/C at the very least. My preference would be a 5 or 6 speed.

There is no mention of the trans in this car's description. I HOPE it is not a 2 speed power slide

Can't be.. It would not bolt up to a new gen 6.0 motor. It has to be a new electronic automatic..
