Who reproduces the fender eyebrow molding for a 1968 Nova that actually fit? The ones from Corvex suck.

I have already talked to Ground Up. Those are the same ones I have sitting next to me. They are made by Corvex and don't fit at all. I talked to Trim Parts and they supposdely have the best ones however they are having a tooling issue with their current supplier and are on backorder. I guess I will continue to wait.

Does anyone know anybody you can restore the original ones? They only have a couple dents and dings.

Thanks for the heads up Zach. Mine really only need polishing also. There was someone on here a while back that did some remarkable work, I'm sure a member here will remember who that is.

George Lucas from Steve's Nova Site does nice work on trim items...you might want to track him down. The Trim Parts products are far superior...they are in a production delay though, as you stated. Sometimes NOS or good used ones can be found among Nova folks.

What are NOS ones worth? Craig Chev. tried to sell me a Corvex one as a NOS one a few years ago. I don't even want to scare you with what they tried to tell me on a price.

Are the 68's different from the later years?

Not the moldings. Headlight bezels and buckets are a different story.

[/ QUOTE ]If this is the case NOS are easy to find. I see them often and I just paid $90 a pair still in the Wrappers.Team Nova Classified.

Just bought 1 NOS 68 Nova headlight bezel in the original box off of e-bay. Needless to say, the seller didn't know what it was and likely the other bidders didn't either..... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif
