After looking at a gazillion Camaros at SEMA about half of them seemed to have crate LS9,s in them. Now I want to put a LS9 in our project car. We've supercharged and modified about a dozen 2010 Camaros so this is getting to be old news.Has anybody seen this install and what problems could I expect(drysump, oil pan, electical, computer, heat exchanger etc.I should of thought about this at SEMA but hindsight is 20/20.Does anybody know somebody that done this swap. Thanks Steve

I saw the cars at SEMA and I think most were converted to wet sump. Street and Performance has dry sump but they put the oil tank in the rear corner of the car. That is a long way to pump oil from especially under acceleration. They also are using a square oil tank which will probably cause air bubble problems. It needs to be a round tank like GM uses or a Petersen tank. You also need a good fuel system. The LS9 uses a 100 psi pump. Most of the cars at SEMA have fuel delivery issues because hey are using the usual EFI pumps that only make about 60 psi. They are amazing engines.
