Fan Clutch ID?

Here is a fan clutch that I've had on the shelf for a while - there is no part number on it. The date stamped on the OD of the wp mount base is 8 27 69 SC. Looks like the fan studs are 2 1/4" on center, and the wp mount holes are 1 1/2" on center. What is it correct for?
