A bunch of years ago I searched high and low for about two years to find a quality set of original TT’s. These are T70’s which I understand are era 1969-1971 (?). They are 14” by 7”. I purchased them in 2006, had some refurbishing done, painted the spokes in a colour that suited me and they have been on the car ever since. No issues in those four years (maybe about 500 miles or so). The aluminum outside edge would have a gloss factor of about 8.5 out of 10 in my opinion. Anyway, might be putting the stock SS wheels back on my Chevelle and may want to sell these to put the money toward something else I’m considering for the car. What’s the value of these things nowadays? Appreciate it.

Wow, looks like the original smog system along with the "SS" Wheels are going back on the car? Good for you and the "Blue Beast"

You`ll have no problem selling your beautiful wheels.

Dan.

Don,

FWIW, I have 6 of those same wheels. I picked them up as pairs and singles over the past six or eight years and have about $700 in all of them. I've done a lot of work on them but they're still not as nice as yours. Don't know if that helps you any. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Now Dan, don't be reading "between the lines" for things that may or may not be true http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I hear ya Dennis. I have about $1,200 in these wheels (purchase, refurbishing, painting, lugs, centers, etc.). What I have in them is irrelative to me as the enjoyment for the four years was worth it. Also, costs have no relation to current value. Could be more or less http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Thanks for your input Dennis. So, a late Christmas present is coming http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I recently sold a set of 15 x 7's on Ebay without caps and lugs for $1650. I had an ad in the for sale section here for quite some time with not much interest. The wheels were fully restored and nice.
