I remember back in the 80's we had a similar small tremor. The media is having a field day with this one.

Yep...I remember studying about it when I was in school in Illinois...

There are some great areas around Six Flags of the Ozarks that have TONS of really cool fossils that were uncovered when that quake happened...

Charley....too funny http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif

Relax Jeff. It was just me. I was cleaning up the mess after the party in Kwhizz's garage and the Biscayne fell off the lift. It's OK now. I don't think he'll notice.

I too remember the quake {tremor} we had in the 80's. That one caused a crack in the foundation of my friend's parents house in Hinsdale, IL. Also, we had one about a year or two ago that I felt in Winfield, IL while laying in bed early one morning around 3 am.
That New Madrid fault will cause another very large earthquake one day.

We heard it up here in Janesville. The dog woke us up barking. My wife thought the plows were going by. I thought my neighbor across the street was leaving for work.

I'm thinking Sam and Charley together may have hit it on the head. We felt it here and 'am very sure' Dru has got a belly full of 'sliders'. East winds and the fumes coming this way are devastating...thinking of calling in HAZMAT ! ! !

Let me understand this...

Tibor goes to Jamaica and the east coast gets two blizzards and the midwest gets an earthquake http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Hope he gets back soon before things really get bad http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

How dare you guys steal our earthquakes, we pay a lot of money to live with those. As soon as we start getting your snow I am out of Cali.
