For a 1970 Camaro FAST/SUPERCARS build:
Was there ever a heater delete 1970 Camaro?
and could a SS and or big block Camaro ever be available with manual brakes?
Thanks again,
Andrew

Starting in 68, the federal law required a defroster, and thus a heater.
Hawaii could be an exception in 70, but I don't know.

In 70 the SS package required power disks.
My 70 Nova Assembly manual still shows heater delete on export cars. It may be the same on Camaro. Find someone that has an Assembly Manual for 70 Camaro and look for a section C48.

No C48 in my (repro) 70 Camaro assembly manual.

Well Andrew, I guess maybe your last chance is to ask Jeff (HawaiianCamaro)

if he's ever seen a 70 or later Camaro with heater delete.

I know of two 1970 'Cudas that were heater-delete, and considering Hawaii became a state in 1959, I suspect there's more to learn about this.
