It looks like a scam to me. It is very strange to use an image to state that if you use "Buy It Now", I will never sell it to you.

I filed an EBay report.

its an obvious scam.

69 Nova SS with 47K on it for $5900 and dont use the ebay notification system to contact the seller and dont hit buy it now, you have to contact the seller via email only.
This is the oldest type of ebay scam out there, Somebody got their ebay account hijacked.

The scammer is sending you stuff? If so, just delete and ignore.

Just tag the email as spam and it will go where it belongs.
