That's horrendous - the shopowner buys a parts car and swaps the victims real car VIN onto it and then tries to pass them off to the owners as their finished cars.

Nice to see that the VIN swapping statutes are being enforced as they were meant to be enforced. Very sad for the victims though. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
