I got suckered by a response to a craigslist ad

The response to my ad was:

"im calling you but the number isnt right"

When I replied via email that the number WAS correct, I got this:

"Dont sell this!

Just wanted to let you know that I was selling a few things on CL just like you. I ended up realizing a lot of people get ripped off, its over-all NOT SAFE anymore to meet people from craigslist. A friend of mine told me about an amazing website and said I should check it out so I did. I made about 4000$ ast month. Its great and the has helped me and friends so much. I'm doing better than my current fulltime job and this is just extra money! If I can do it, you can. Visit http://www.googleandmoney.com

If you need any help let me know! I have no problem giving tips and tricks that I have learned so far.

Good luck with your sale."

It was a yahoo "autoreply"

I use craigslist and get those with every ad I place. I don't click on any emails with funny looking addresses or odd names. If Bubba or Billy wants to talk about the ad he can call the number or send me an email with a normal address.

I did however send off to get the google package and ebay package last year but never did anything with it. The ebay people called a dozen times wanting me to "invest" a ton of money to become a power seller. I started seeing the google ad words in everything on the net including every utube video and I decided to just leave the whole thing alone. Everytime I hear of a new way to make boat loads of money I think of something Dave Ramsey says all time..... "the best way to get rich fast is to get rich slow" .
