Quite familiar with Little Debbie's. Been decades, but used to eat the oatmeal cookie sandwiches. I could eat a whole box. Never read the nutritional info, but sure the fat level is off the chart. Although the first ingredient is probably sugar.

I know the T-Kakes are really not good for you but what is of that stuff. I bet if you ask any of the boys/gals in the Chicago and west area that BBBenny and I bring stuff to, they will tell you they love em! Can't go wrong with any of them but, a few of my favs are the Peanut Butter Kandy Kake, the Tasty Klair pie and the Chocolate Junior. As I said though, you can't go wrong with any of them. (Not a big fan of the French Apple pie)
