I'm getting one manifold done right now, should be done this week I hope. Having a local machinist do it who has been around for a long time and is a car guy as well (into building dragsters). Took an A.I.R. manifold in for reference. I realize I'm certainly not in your area, but will let you know how it came out.

I have them done all the time. Typically costs me about $100 a pair and looks great when completed. It is not rocket science to a machinest and with a donor manifold and an asperator tube to show them, it is actually quite easy. Your engine builder should be able to do this. If I am not making the A.I.R. functional, I have them stop the hole short of going all the way. This way I do not need to block it myself. Make sure they chamfer the opening on the outside like the original as this is often missed.

Also needs to be machined for inverted flair, unless there is a drop in seat available now.

Eric,
Been working on it for well over an hour. Went from well over 1000 down to 720 and I am giving up for now as I have work to do. Shoot me an email in the meantime.

Rick;

LOL!...yeah, sorry about that... <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/crazy.gif

I just noticed that my PM count is up a bit as well...apparently all the old deleted PM's were resurrected during the upgrade.

I like the changes, but they're gonn'a take a bit of gettin' used to.

Email on the way shortly.
