On Wednesdays a few people go to a friends house to hang out, talk about everything then watch car movies.

This Impala came in with open headers. The guy that built this motor is building my motor (Gary Soderberg).

I don't have any more pictures of the 4X4.

We do have a great time. It's a mix of everything as you can see in the photos.

Pretty neat, Kurt. I can think of a number of actual movie theaters that would be happy to have that much turnout for some showings!

Is that a turbo I see on that 6 cylinder pickup engine? And are those Cragar G/T wheels on the maroon 73 Z28?

There were about 27 or so vehicles including a couple of vintage motorcycles last week.

Yes...that's an inline 6 with a Turbo, Holley, offenhauser intake and valve cover. I think it was done in the 70's. I heard someone say that the truck was originally a V8.

Yes Sam we do have a good time. What's really special is the age difference of guys. I'll bet there is over 50 years difference from the youngest to the oldest.

I usually don't stay too late to watch movies during the summer but once it gets cold...the cars are put away so that's when we watch 3 to 4 hours of movies.

Now that's really cool! Not only a diverse gathering of cars, ...... and vehicles in general, but throw in all the neat yard art and collectibles, and then the gearheads from 20s thru maybe 70s, .... all enjoying a good time ................. I'm jealous!

The two green &quot;City Ice&quot; trucks were unique also....the big one is an original paint, 1968 having 200,000 miles on it with a 327 2-barrel. The other City Ice Chevy pickup only has 9,000 miles on it.
