Because they puff up their products and take liberties with &quot;facts&quot; that end up being not very factual.

Plus, there was a discussion here a number of months ago about them mis-representing a '72 Stage 1 car.

I had the honor of Judging this car at the Detroit Autorama when it was shown, freshly restored by Scott Tiemann in the late 90's.

At that time it was owned by a Detroit area home builder and it was the absolute best restoration I had ever witnessed. It was the first car that I was able to see up close that had all of the factory flaws documented and duplicated. A simply amazing car, at least at that time.
