Might be a little off subject but this was the first auction I went to and I can see how they are addicting. Another thing I noticed is that the quality of the cars was not as good as I expected but the bidders were buying. Orange county has the right mix of money and ego and you throw in alcohol, it is the perfect scenario for selling a car. I am sure there were a few people that woke up Sunday morning with a hang over and a Cobra replica.

I am sure there was bidding on that somewhere also. The tribute to the Marine Chevelle was moving and complete with five young women dressed in Marine style jackets and not much else. They were all built the same way large on top and small everywhere else. I brought my 16 year old son, he thought it was a great show but he wants bidder passes next year.

Wow...prices have really tumbled. That car would have pulled twice that $$$ just a couple years ago! RM
