I remember (barely) a of a h.d. 3-speed on the tree in a 69 427 Imapala
this page (http://www.1969chevy.com/options4.htm) lists the three on column code MC1

Well, I don't know of a site with the info, but a very good friend of mine that has worked for GM for over 30 years and is a full sized Chevrolet maniac says that 1970 with a 6 cylinder was that last year for 3 on the tree with full sized Chevys.

I have trouble believing the last year was 1970.

i worked at a chevy dealer in the seventies. you could get a three-on-the-tree in a full size at least thru the '71 model year; possibly up to the '73 models.

We had a '71 3-Tree 250 six banger power steering car at the boneyard where I worked around 79/80..
Across from it sat a '73 Cutlass 3-Tree Oldsie 350 car!.
