Not sure I know what you mean, but the best way to sign up for updates is directly through the website; www.mcacn.com (http://www.mcacn.com) and also become of fan of the MCACN show on facebook.

They should be readable even if you do *not* have a Twitter account...I have it set up so the latest MCACN announcements posted to FB/Twitter bounce here to the MCACN forum @ Yenko.net as well.
