Parts ID???

I have a few GM NOS parts I'm trying to identify (year and
application). Part Numbers are:

3996331 (muffler)
83397969 (first 83 is a bit smaller than 397969 number)(Muffler)
3978125 (steering wheel).

Any help is appreciated.
