Hi everyone,

Can one of you guys please email me the VIN list? Looking at a car - a long shot but want to confirm anyway.

Thanks, Tony

Forget it - not on the list but 1 away from a known car. I take it there are only 2 non-Yenko COPOs including Pete's? Was the other car ever found? Does anyone know its VIN?

Thanks, Tony

Tony - (Marlin correct me if wrong) only 6 of 10 inventory sheets have been found + other documented Deuces not on those 6 sheets are what comprise the "list". So would it not be possible for that car you found to actually be one of the ones on the other 4 sheets? i assume the trim tag has Deuce-correct info on it?

That makes it more interesting. I know very little about these cars but the trim tag info seems to be right. Sending you a PM.

The other Canadian COPO was found, but crushed before they knew what it was.
Does it have the swaybar hangers welded to the bottom of the floor. If yes, it's either an SS with F41 suspension, or a deuce. There were no non SS Novas other than deuces, or the Canadian COPO Novas with the F41.
What color are you looking at?

Thanks for the info. Can one of you guys please post a picture of the original sway bar hangers?

How would I rule out that it might have been a factory SS?

The TT info is most important, if you know the body number - we can tell you yes/no.

Tony - here's what the sway bar hangers look like....

Nice pic - hard to get one that clear! Note how the brackets are welded in, very unique - a clue on how to spot cloners! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif
