Not a big El Camino guy but this is a nice car/truck. I love L79's. Probably a little steep for a CE motor in an El Camino?

I thought Carlisle was not Carlisle without rain...??

It has been almost 20 years since I rented a small u-haul trailer and lugged my parts there to sell..and then slept in the little uhaul trailer all weekend.... those were the days....

I always thought if I ever retire, that I might sell parts again at the swap meets, but this time I will take my Winnebago to Carlisle....

I'll have to dig out some of my old pics from the late 80's/early 90's of the rain blowing sideways there...I remember just a few years ago, it was so wet one morning, that the cars on the hill in the car corral section came sliding down the hill sideways..what a mess that made...

Times have changed at Carlislee...but the weather remains the same...

I hope it pours all weekend there...cause I planned on going to Carlisle as I need a few(many) parts to finish up my 67 Z, but I am in Brazil at the moment..and it has been raining all week.....

..just kidding about the rain...I hope it clears for all the vendors and buyers !!!

It seems many of the vendors that normally go to E'town did not go this year because of the 2 week span between E'town and Carlisle and the Easter break in between...atleast one vendor told me that at Etown when I was there.
