Casually perusing for a set of 077 heads. The less molested the better, but mildly ported is OK as long as the exhaust side hasn't been carved up. Nothing milled to the max or with giant valves please, and nothing cracked/welded.

Ain't asking for much, am I? <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/wink.gif

You better jump on them Eric... NOS ones are getting hard to find.

I have a set 14011076 I believe they are the same. Still in box been moved around a lot but never had a valve put in or bolted to a block. What are they worth?

Being essentially NOS, probably more than I'm looking to spend on something that's going to be worked over. PM me with a price? <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif

Man I'd hate to carve up such a nice set of heads. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/frown.gif

BTW, 14011076 is the GM part #, the casting # on the head should be 14011077.

Eric, I'm not sure if you found a pair of 077 heads yet but I noticed these on eBay this morning.

Kurt;

I believe they had those heads listed previously on eBay, I think I remember seeing them. The only problem is, I don't use eBay anymore (I just browse now & then out of curiosity), and if memory serves, they may have been looking to get a "NOS" price for those heads, which is completely understandable, but out of my budget range.

At this point I've pretty much given up actively pursuing a set of 077's, I'm probably going to wind up going for a set of 990's instead.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for me though. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif
