That's a Dodge Neon 4-d for sure.... Hope they catch the A$$hole.. I can tell you the guy is a &quot;doper&quot; or drug addict just by looking at him.. I'm sure he is getting rid of this memorabilia quickly at a close source of $$$$$ to support his drug habit.. I would be checking locally to see where this stuff is turning up or possibly he is selling it on the internet..

Not only by face but his physical attributes and mannerisms... I'm surprised his prints and or DNA were not in the system..
