This is a documented, unrestored and well cared for original car with 53,000 miles. The color is Burnished Gold with gold interior and originally gold top, now white. It has had one repaint and the top replaced many years ago. Well known in the Olds community as the Stohlman car, it's history is known to new. Car drives just like a well cared for car of this mileage should. The documentation is strong with the original sales invoice which verifies all options and the inspection sheet indicating the W30 axle code. Highly optioned car with some rare ones. Only a few of these cars have docs indicating the trans. For sale or trade at $250,000. Phone 972-345-9604

What a stunning original W-30!
Hi Phil: I just restored my 1970 w-30 convertible 4 speed. I heard you were selling this one and one other. Was the other one Bill Streeters car? I have been in the olds world for a long time. Would love to talk to you. I heard you have a killer collection.

Hi Lee,
Great car you have and the only documented W30 rag with W27 and stick that I've ever heard of. I've seen some with W27 but no proof. Awesome piece! I do have another but it is not Bill's old car although we talked about a deal but never happened. My other one is a Canadian car in Aegean Aqua with 20+ options. It was restored in Canada many years ago and needs to be freshened up. I took it to the Olds Nats in Dallas a few years ago along with a red auto. Give me a call anytime. 972-345-9604
I will give you a call. I have know Jim S. and the gold car for years. You should tell the story of the car because he sold it new to a customer and bought it back. I was pretty amazed he sold you the car but now has a beautiful 1971 ragtop purchased from the Olds 1971 expert Paul Martin.
I hope to meet you at one of the upcoming shows. My car will be at SEMA in Vegas and hopefully at the Muscle Car Nationals too. Years ago Dave Blake had a couple 4 speeds with the w-27 added but none on my 25+ year old list came with a w-27. The option cost almost as much as the w-30 option so nobody bought it. I was happy to finally restore my olds, it made my family really happy to see it finished.

Very nice auto. Hard to believe after all these years, there are still original paint cars in this condition.
I have always regretted selling my all orig paint W30 auto hardtop way back when. for something like 2000...
needless to say, It was a fun car...

I've never been much of a fan of the 1970-72 Cutlass 4-4-2's but I've gotta tell ya'. . . . I really, really like this particular one with the nice color, 4-Speed, red inner fenders, etc. This is a great car and I would think that this is probably the ultimate Oldsmobile Musclecar to an Olds enthusiast.

Still for sale or trade. The 3 trade deals that were working have not materialized. This one has good docs including proof of 4spd which is very hard to find on these. Actually many of the known sticks don't have this proof.
