Hard to see and no idea on part # but w/ twin flanges on both ends it looks similar to those 70's X/F Body that mounted transverse w/ dual in/outs?.

Is the 8 H 8 a date code? Like 8th day of August 1968 (which would lead me to think it's for a 69?)
