most of the Keystone mags that are Cragar look-a-likes that I saw had a flat spoke. These are much rounder. Rockets come more to a point in the center. Maybe Appliance or maybe Keystone changed their shape some.

That steering wheel looks out of place IMO..
The '70 Monte Carlo listed appears to have a '71/'72 interior.
