Looking at a donor 70 El Camino as a source for 70 Chevelle Doors. Are they the same?

El camino fenders are different as well, more flat sided lacking the bulge side of the chevelle fender, all else is the same.

As I recall, while the sedan bodies changed in shape in '70, ElCo's and wagons did not, retaining their 68-69 shapes. Thus the difference in fender shape, and doors for that matter. By that logic I wonder if a 70 ElCo front clip would bolt to a 69 Chevelle?

FWIW: The 68 and 69 El Camino fenders are the same as Chevelle, but not 70-72.
