well, they are 1970 and up units as signified by the extra 'C' before the BS (but possibly very late '69) and the '0' after the P on your Muncie - find the VIN on the trans casing and post it - should run up the side in small type on the maincase or be stamped on the very top of the box

it's a3.31 gear ratio rearend and an M-20 Muncie

leaf spring perches? or coils? drum-to-drum width?

your rearend is probably out of a Nova. That's the only model I can find the 'C BS' code applied to...

LAST NUMBER ON THE TRANS CASE;
10K191835

THESES ARE BOTH IN A 70 NOVA I JUST BOUGHT,SS 396 CAR.
WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE REAR WAS THE ORIGINAL TO THE CAR,THE TRANS CAME WITH THE CAR AND WASNT SURE IF IT WAS THE ONE THAT ALLSO CAME OE IN THE CAR.
ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THE ZJ6 IN THE COPO BOX ON THE BUILD SHEET MEANS?
ALL I COULD FIND ON THE NET WAS ...SPECIAL SPORT SEDAN.

Fisher Body Broadcast Sheet ZJ6 = SS Nova Trim. Ignore the COPO header, that box was just overflow for the RPOs.
