Always told you PA guys you had too many racetracks, they may start taxing you for every run. I would gladly pay the vig if Long Island even had 1 track, which we don't of course...

As a former PA resident, I can state that PA is one of the worst run states in the union. The state, local, and real estate taxes are very high, and the corruption in PennDOT is ridiculous.

No one, of course, will go to jail or be held responsible for allowing something like this to happen. Don't worry, the tax payer will just have to pay more to bail everyone out!

There was a time when Public officials were held personally liable for their actions, (criminal & civil)... if they still were do you think there would be as many "benevolent citizens" clamoring for positions or running roughshod over the property owners?

I only found this out after I found out that I live in the poorest city in the US. Reading PA beat out Flint Michigan! I think it's time to move?

I live just a few miles from Flint. It's hard to believe anywhere could be as bad as this crap-hole is. Pretty sad when you consider that just a few years ago, this was the place to be for high wages. I watched my customer base decline year by year as more GM factories shut the doors for good. It's nothing but a crime infested, drug infested, murder capital of the US now. I have a guy clearing my land in Florida as I type this. We picked out a blue-print of our new home last night. Shouldn't be here much longer.
