All's well Dan, but it was crazy. It woke me up and I couldn't figure out what was going on! It only lasted a little over a minute, but it seemed like a lot longer than that at the time! No damage that I can see, just a few things fell off shelves and some of the pictures on the walls are crooked. We had a smaller one Friday and this one last night was 5.6. Hope this doesn't get to be a habit! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/no.gif

I guess it was felt up here in KC but we were in the car coming back from watching the KSU/OSU game. As my sister-in-law (an OSU grad) stated, 'Pokes #3, beating KSU, quakes in OK, must be the coming of the Apocalypse.

Any opinion that the OK quakes (several in the last year or so) are correlated to oil drilling?
There have also been a couple in South Texas, in areas not necessarily related to oil drilling.
Just wondering.

HaHa Rick! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/laugh.gif
I was sitting here at the computer last night and around 8:45 heard what sounded like thunder and then my chair and desk started shaking. They said this one was 4.7. It didn't last as long as the one Saturday night, maybe 10 seconds or so. We also had tornados yesterday, which is really odd for November. Rick, I'm thinking it might be time to get the hell out of here and move to Florida! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/wink.gif

I'll second that! Plus, all that Florida humidity isn't good for old cars.....not to mention the hurricanes....

Winter weather here would probably do all of the convincing.

For me it would be the fact that there are ugly green things that can come into your yard and bite you.....and to in a good way!
