Firestone tire Decode E-70-14

I have a set of 4 Firestone tires E-70-14,Super Wide Oval Sports, can someone decode them for me(CYLB F413386) The Firestone tag reads C-F413 Sup-r-Belt. The 5th tire code is M000 474 . Thanks Tom K.

To my knowledge, they cannot be decoded BWTFDIK? How many rows of tread is on each? Unless I'm mistaken, originals (say, 68-72) didn't indicate Sup-R-Belt.
