Great example of the good/bad of Canadian cars, condition suffering but original components intact and the all magical paperwork!.
Being Hamilton delivered also considering the Mosport connection it wouldn't be surprising if this car was actually delivered by Mo Carter's City Chev dealership on Main St?.

actually '67 Festival cars are a very unique build at GM,it is a very,very rare car. to bad she is so rough.
