So does it show 2,101 M22 4-speeds? (4298 - 2197 = 2101).

No, for CRT code engines built, it shows 2,763.
There is also a claim of 662 service engines, for a total of 4,960 LS5 engines (CRT &amp; CRQ code)

No, the Monte had the code CRN and isn't included in any of the numbers in the book.
