T0205MN copo block on ebay???

saw this block on ebay its auction numbers is 190628106051
he says it has no VIN number on it? anywhere?
did they even make such a block so early in 1969, does anyone know of someone looking for a block like this?
go gettem boys, see what you can find.

I was looking at this block this morning Ronnie and I'm not sold on the stamp. Looks way too deep IMO.
