1969 Granny Nova..

For Sale…1969 Chevrolet Nova 2 Door Coupe
Vehicle Information:
Sold new at Tremont Chevrolet, Bronx, NY 4/25/69
32,000 original miles. 250cid 6cyl with powerglide/2.73 10 bolt
Rust free body…completely stripped and repainted base/clear...3 coats of each.
All new emblems, b/s moldings, bezels, bumpers, door handles and carpeting.
Original stainless windshield trim, cleaned and polished.
5 – 1969 XG coded Rally Wheels with new 205/75/14 radial tires.
New front and rear brakes, brake hardware, drums turned and re-finished.
Front sway bar was added…4 new Monroe shocks.
Undercarriage cleaned, rust-proofed and SEM Rust-Shield chassis paint applied.
Transmission inspected and serviced, carburetor rebuilt, fresh tune-up.
Engine bay completely painted and detailed, all new hoses, belts and filters.
Documentation: Original bill of sale, POP, owner’s manual and build sheet.
This vehicle can be driven and enjoyed as is…or it will make the perfect starting point for a big block or small block conversion, hotrod or….???

Original 250cid 6 cylinder with powerglide transmission...2.73 open 10 bolt rear. There are a photos of the engine bay in the slideshow.

Had the 69 Granny Nova out for a spin today...this car is really something. It just looks and drives like a new car.

That's because the lawns in Long Island are very small and the Nova would have covered up the whole front yard, except for the half buried bathtub with the flowers in it. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif

Little bump and update for the 69 Granny car...she is still looking for a new home.

Had her out a few weeks back for a Wounded Warrior Car Show event that I helped put on..great turnout (over 300 cars!)
