I'm probably misunderstanding your post, but to clarify.
This is not my car, my ad or in any way do I know anything about this car or the owner.
I ran across this on another site and thought someone may like to see it. There is a phone number on the info I copied and applied here.

Not trying to be ugly, but why post a random ad you know nothing about?

He sure did as well as his father Ralph. Those towns were Kannapolis, Concord, Welcome and Newton, NC just to name a few.

Tell you what, go through this entire section that has the word "discussion" in it, and ask everyone else why they started a thread. You will find that the answer will probably be that they thought whatever subject matter would be a good discussion.

Either way we all like to post links to make a nice and healthy discussion on certain vehicles that we come across.

Not sure who you are. The tone by which you request "specific" information is rather condecending. You did the same thing in the for sale ad on my Camaro. Relax and enjoy the site and the posts for what they are rather than what they are not.

Debating the provenance of collectible cars namely Camaros is a big part of what happens on this site every day and the claimed pedigree of this example certainly makes it more than worthy of posting here!.
Actually where better can cars w/ tales like this needing substatiation or debunking land than in front of this collective group who have proven methods and networks to do exactly this also resources available to aquire any considered genuine?.

Thanks guys for supporting my radical idea of talking about a car on this forum. I know it probably ranks up there with political post, but hey...i'm a rebel.
I was hoping this guy would chime back in so I can explain what that squiggly line with the dot is at the end of my title.
I'm also questioning is this car the real thing. Thought someone on here may know some information. Here is the site the car is on: http://www.racerap.com/racerap/classifieds.php?racerap_main_PSID=fe45c7333d79c435 533d1714b4e34f14
Scroll down.
I think you are right Fast67, his user name is NCGuy68 and from N.C. I would say that it's a "by God no one knows more 'bout the intimidator" situation.

Wonder if there's still a Vin tag or hiddens?.
And is it really a '68 or a '67 w/ Vent glass removed?.

Notice the "302" call out on the hood of the car in the picture; I sure hope they didn't do that to a real deal first gen Z28.

What do you guys think about the price? Seems kinda low, even without the engine, no? Maybe I'm still stuck in 2008 prices. haha.

Thank you Gentlemen for all of your interesting replies.
The original poster, 'Hemicolt', boldly stated "This is the 'Real Deal' Camaro driven by Dale Earnhardt Sr." along with Elmo Langley.
I simply asked what specific info ties this car to Dale Sr. ? Mr. Hemicolt later admitted his posting was from another site. Why didn't he say that at the beginning?
I enjoy the discussions on this site and have been a member here quite a while and have also answered many questions via private messages.
Dale Fan? I own one of the rare 01 Dale Earnhardt Intimidator SS Camaros. Car # 38 of 83 built in the series to be specific.
Please continue this discussions Gents.......

It's really no wonder people think most southerners are morons.
Here is a link that shows how copy and paste works.

I'am somewhat surprised by your reply Tim. Would you buy a 19 67 Yenko Camaro without having "specific" information about it? Is that condecending? As a present/past owner of a GMMG Berger car, you should understand that.
I enjoy this site and the wealth of information here. Yet, like other members, I ask specific questions when deemed necessary and appropriate for the benefit of all.

For the moment let's say that it is justified that you thought I wrote the information myself.
Since you have pointed out that you like being specific, I clarified matters by saying quote:
"I'm probably misunderstanding your post, but to clarify.
This is not my car, my ad or in any way do I know anything about this car or the owner.
I ran across this on another site and thought someone may like to see it. There is a phone number on the info I copied and applied here."
That statement cleared things up and now there is no misunderstanding, correct? But no, your reply was this.
quote: "Whats to misunderstand? I was very clear in my reply.
Not trying to be ugly, but why post a random ad you know nothing about?"
You speak of trying to be specific so there is no confusion. Yet after the so-called confusion is cleared up, you did continue to be condecending by making the above statement. This is not a person who is trying to help bring proper information to the surface. This is a person who is displaying narcissistic behavior by trying to continue to embarrass someone. This is a very poor attempt on your part at trying to be the smartest person in the room. In reality it shows a very low self-esteem level, thinking you are relevant by tryng to point out a make believe short coming in another person.
After reading your follow up statements, it is very clear you take yourself way to serious.
You should really step back, take a look at yourself and try to correct this type of behavior. It will make you, and everyone around you, feel better in the end.

Lets keep the competition and bumping to the track fellas!.
Note the Earnhardt Sr. history of this car being referred to is Ralph as in Dale Sr's father and grandfather of Dale Jr..
Even if true it still needs something concrete to back it up but if there is something solid and it's not gone already, somebody should grab this car and get those wheelwells cut back out!.

Agreed. Sorry for venting, but I thought I had finally found a forum were these types didn't exist.
Anyway, I was thinking the same thing on who drove the car. Is it that the owner has the names mixed up? The driver was Ralph Lee Earnhardt, his son is Dale Ralph Earnhardt and finally Dale Jr.
Ralph Lee being the person in question, correct?
I also agree if it is the car, it would be a great piece to put back in race form from that era. I just wonder if the builders letter along would hold up down the road?

Ralph Dale Earnhardt Sr (The Man in Black) was the son of Ralph Lee Earnhardt, himself a round track racer.
Dale Sr was married 3 times and produced 4 children. Kerry, 1st son is active in marketing. Kelly, 1st daughter is the CEO of JRRacing. Dale Jr, 2nd son is currently racing in Nascar with Rick Hendrick. Taylor Nicole, 2nd daughter is helping her mother and Dale Sr's last wife, Teresa, manage Dale Earnhardt Inc near Kannapolis, NC.
Dale Sr's mother, Martha is alive and well in Kannapolis and attends the same church she always has. She has written several southern style cookbooks that have sold well.

I style think that the mustang was far better than the camaro back in old day! The mustang 2011 new revamped model is totally mind blowing for the price and range of the car, compared to is famous camaro rival. But I style share some love for the two model...
