A nice early issued assembly line fan shroud, that's unmolested & was originally used on 1969 & 1970 Big Block Chevelles w/3 core radiator. The transmission type did not matter.
1969 427cid. COPO Chevelles would've come with this shroud too,as their 3 core radiator was the biggest they had until the 1970 4 core coded PA or PD was available.
This shroud has never been reproduced, and was issued for only 2 years, before the redesigned 2pc. took it's place during 1971 production.
It needs a good cleaning & is a one piece design with part #3938165 cast into it and is 3 core specific for the BC,BE,BW,BK,BO,BJ,BQ & BR coded Harrison radiators.
It has a crack in lower inside corner (drivers side) that can be pushed back & re-glued.(see pics)
All corners are intact & it has never been shaved down, which any still surviving today usually are to fit the larger 4 core radiator.
Most are using the current reproduced later #914 shroud that was designed for a 4 core and has the lip cutout already in it's mold. That 1" lip cutout shows up as daylight on a 3 core, where this shroud has the 1' lip to fill that in.
This also has the correct original bottom corner jog, where todays repro #914 does not.

*NOTE:1970 Big Block PA,PD coded 4 core air conditioned equipped Chevelles,or heavy duty PA,PD equipped Chevelles did not use this shroud, due to the 1" plastic overhang digging into the 4th cooling row.You would have to cut that down to fit those.
