Earlier in the month I am working with one of my parts store customers. He mentions he has some "old parts" that he is not sure what to do with. I take a look through the box of parts he brings out and agree to purchase a few of the items. Lots of junkie trinkets, but this is what I was able to buy for myself. Sorry but I will need some help to post the picture. BTW, I am a bit of an old Cal Custon Junkie. Thanks <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif

Don't suppose you'd want to part with those rear axle covers? I've been wanting a set for my Chrome Reverse wheels. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif

Great job Mark! This is what it's all about.

Thanks to ssl78396 for helping to post the pic for me.
Hey John, sorry to say I will be using the chrome axle covers for one of the day 2 add ons for my own car, otherwise probably could help you out. I agree, great offer from Mark to offer up a set!!
I have a real weakness for this old Cal Custom type dress up stuff. It was on all the shelves in the speed shop I worked at part time as a high school kid in the late 70's.
Thanks for the comments! <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/headbang.gif

WOW! I've never seen a Cal Custom scoop in that style NOS in the packaging. Great score!

Neat stuff!! Those axle covers are cool. I found a set a few years back in the blister pack like that. They would look really nice on chrome reverse wheels <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/cool.gif

Awesome. You should post the pictures in the Day 2 parts section.

I think CC only made the aluminum finned pans in sbc pan but it's been a while.

The only BB finned pan I've seen was for marine use...

I think Ansen may have made a BBC pan.

Here is one on Ebay. Not mine. 47552 is for 2 piece seal. 47552A is one piece. These won't fit in most stock chassis cars. I'm going to use mine on the Model A project.
